Smart glasses maybe the next popular technology after smartphones, after the Google glasses, Epson has announced its own version, the Moverio BT-200, and that's after the launch of the Moverio BT-100 last year, which wasn't so successful, could this version be ?

The Epson Moverio BT-200 integrates many types of sensors like the magnetic compass, the gyroscope and the accelerometer, and unlike the previous version, the new one is updated with a front camera for photos and videos, also, the Epson smart glasses support augmented reality (AR) applications.

The Moverio BT-200 allows you to see a large floating image in the center
of your field of view, thanks to its two displays (the right and the left one), unlike the google glasses that contains only one display.

The Glasses come with a control unit that runs the Android OS to be displayed on the glasses, the control unit is also used as a touchpad to navigate
in applications, and also integrates the Glasses's battery that can last for 6 hours.



So, the Epson Moverio BT-200 is more dedicated for home use, gaming and watching videos, and enjoying augmented reality games and applications...
AR applications can also helps doctors or engineers or students with training sessions on their field.
Epson wants to call it an augmented reality platform.

The Moverio BT-200 support Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connection, and come with a removable 32 GB of storage.
